Registration fees are listed in USD. Kenya-based participants may pay the equivalent amount in Kenya Shillings (KES), using the ABC2026 registration payment rate below – this is a fixed conference rate, not a live market rate. International participants should pay in USD unless otherwise agreed with the Conference Secretariat.

The Gala is an in-person event only (23 November 2026) – it does not apply to virtual participation.
Invoice / Institutional Payment
Email finance@africabioethicsnetwork.org with: participant name, registration category, institution/organisation name, billing address, finance contact person and email, tax/PIN/VAT details if applicable, and PO number if applicable. Once your invoice is issued, pay by KES bank transfer (KCB or DTB) or USD wire (DTB).
